The primary role of the Warehouse Assistants controls the flow of stock through a warehouse, monitoring goods in and out, safely and efficiently moving, handling items, and keeping accurate stock records.

Job Overview

Offer a high standard of service to customers who attend the branch, attending to their orders and enquiries. Maintain a good technical knowledge of our product range and endeavour to maximise customer sales at all times. 


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Dealing with orders and enquiries received from customers and potential customers who attend the branch, whether they report directly to the trade counter, or present themselves anywhere else on the Company’s premises. In particular, offering direct assistance to customers.
