Undertile Heater The Warmup Undertile Heating System is suitable for use under any ceramic or natural stone floor tiles including slate, porcelain, limestone, marble and terracotta. The heater will also work under thicker floor finishes such as flagstones, however this type of flooring will take longer to heat up.

In addition to regular floor finishes, a cement-based smoothing underlayment can be used to cover or protect the heater as part of pre-tiling work (eg when laying flagstones). The floor must be tiled using a cement based tile adhesive and grout containing their matching flexible additive, strictly in accordance with their manufacturers instructions.

The Warmup Undertile Heating System must not be fitted under vinyl, cork, wood, wood laminate or carpet. The 2mm underfloor heating element is taped to the floor and the Warmup Thermostat is wired-up by a competent electrician. The floor is then tiled using a flexible tile adhesive and grout.

The underfloor heater is suitable for wooden or concrete tile sub-floors (floor insulation is recommended for concrete sub-floors). As the heater is so thin, it is absorbed into the thickness of tile adhesive without raising your floor level.

All that remains visible is the discreet Warmup Thermostat (sold seperately). The system can be fitted into any shape or size of room and can even be fitted around fixed objects.
