VAT Change 1st Jan 2010
VAT rate reverts back to 17.5% on 1st January 2010
We would like to remind you that the temporary reductions in VAT to 15% comes to an end on 31st December 2009. The standard rate of VAT will return to 17.5% on 1st January 2010.
This change affects any VAT registered business which sell or purchase goods or services that are subject to the standard rate of VAT.
To prevent any confusion, we suggest that you too remind your clients of this scheduled return to 17.5% VAT.
